sia lahz.. today badminton, the SJI C boys come our school... i lost to a sec 1 guy.. he was really good lohz.. haha.. his netting and drop shot was very good.. lolx.. I was like kinda injured.. very pain when i stretch.. lolx.. but den there is no excuse for not playing well today lahz.. haha.. a lose is a lose.. juz face the fact that he is better than me and i juz need to practise more.. lolx.. after next year den no more badminton for me le.. have to concentrate for my O levels.. haha.. sianz man.. time really go past so fast lohz.. lolx.. den my timing for physical training today is <15:20.. that cheng ken lahz.. haha.. i come in that time he was not there.. lolx.. i muz shout den he tell me the time.. so not accurate.. lolx.. but i was aiming for 15 minutes lohz, although the coach set the time as 18 minutes.. haha..nvm.. i'll juz try harder next time.. i juz need to keep pushing myself... lolx.. juz give my best shot in everything and end of well for my badminton den i happy le.. i really do agree with my coach.. We have all started well, so we should end it well.. haha.. really enjoyed my time in badminton.. guess everyone oso enjoy it, although sometimes it was a bit tedious.. lolx.. i oso dunno why some people juz quit badminton... I think it trains up your physical body as well as mentally.. the spirit to go on no matter wad happens.. well.. i guess different people have different point of view.. lolx..so i respect ya if you have made your decision.. haha.. lolx.. my dear is online already.. okok.. write some other time.. lolx.. take care guys.. bye bye.. love you !!
