poo ! today.. got badminton.. lolx.. err.. not bad lahz huh.. quite like today's training.. the physical was somewhat or another easy for me.. haha.. juz footwork and picking shuttles.. haha..looks easy but kinda difficult if you keep doing it.. wahaha.. i do until 3-4th set den tired liaoz.. lolx.. den the fifth set I chiong man.. really chiong.. compete with meng hui.. lucky for me ! i won.. wahaha... training today was quite relaxed lahz huh... i can still sleep lehz... lolx.. ya.. den i went back home at around 2 plus lohz.. haha.. den go home eat.. and watch tv.. lolx.. den bathe and sleep.. lolx.. alamak..
